BioHello, world, welcome to the Americana Life- im your host Cynicana [(but you can call me Cyn)] I live smack in the middle of a homestay service meaning there are many different people from many different places living with me and my family at any given time. And where is it that all these people-many of whom dont really even speak English- are rushing towards from all over? Manhattan of course! Some love it-others not so much- but its always fun to see their own personal views of America.
Im a newbie to the blogging world meaning I don’t really read or write blogs (until now) and im a bit scatterbrained with my ideas sooo. . .yea. Im not sure what this will come to considering how much time I usually don’t have but as I sit here in my dads suburban home- where i spend many of my weekends- i find myself insanely bored. Writing is also a huge de-stressor for me but i really dont like to write for no reason and im the kinda person who really feels best when shes being productive so. . .that said. . .let the blogging begin!

Homestay: a stay at a residence by a traveler and especially by a visiting foreign student who is hosted by a local family<-- this is EXACTLY what it is. They stay with our family (which includes yours truly=)- my mom who works [a lot]- working mom’s boyf- who my sister and I often refer to as el davido-. . .and of course my sister (we’ll give her the incredibly original title of cissy)
